Baker: Amulin Pasca
Residence: Soroti District, Pamba Village
Pasca is physically disabled (cripple) lady. She uses a tricycle for easy movements. She is also a single mother of a 2 year old baby girl. Pasca did not have any source of income and entirely depended on the absent father of her daughter for provision. She was then invited for the BISS meeting where she was interested in baking. She later went through the BISS 3 phase recruitment process and was sent to BFLC for 2 weeks training.
Pasca was later issued with a BISS loan and started production on the 12/06/2019 currently she has a daily production of 3-6kg and has a daily profit of 10,000shs. This has greatly improved her household income and greater improvement is yet to be witnessed.
