Lydia came to the College when she was sickly. We could not get a good impression of her. Once she started her bakery, she surprised us all. She got market around her area, supplying schools and shops. She employed a sister and a boy to sell and assist in baking.
Lydia bakes up to 24KG per day and currently takes the position of the bakery with the highest production of all BISS bakeries.
